- Talent Review Process |
Our Talent
Review Process (TRP) is designed to create a shared understanding
of our existing leadership talent and our future talent. This
shared understanding is accomplished through on going dialogue
and assessment of individuals we believe will be our future
leaders. The real goal can simply be stated as "right talent…right
place…right time". This on going talent search culminates
in an annual Talent Review Meeting but it is not the one-day
event that will prepare us for the future. To be successful
we must focus on developing our talent throughout the year.
The specific objectives of the TRP are to:
- Identify
top talent and high-potential individuals using a team dialogue
and consensus approach
- Identify
key positions and talent for future success
- Sustain
diversity focus in talent pools
- Plan
development actions for key talent
