The ERB
(Executive Review Board) process was designed to ensure a
strong leadership team through a consistent, fair and systematic
executive selection process. This process is applicable for
all hiring, promotions or reassignments into salary grades
E11 or higher. It also includes changes due to attrition backfill,
acquisition, growth or position downgrades. Our goal through
this process is to maximize operational efficiency while maintaining
a minimum number of executive positions.
Executives
are considered corporate assets and thus require additional
review and approval. The Executive Review Board is the mechanism
that provides the necessary level of discussion to ensure
we are making the right executive selection decisions.
