William Fairweather Malcolm - b. Jun 4, 1852, Broty Ferry, Monifieth, Scotland; m. 1st: Sep 8, 1875 Catherine McPherson, b. 1853, Forfar, Angus, Scotland, d. Jan 1, 1899, Bremner's Row, South Muir, Kerriemuir, Angus, Scotland; m. 2nd: Feb 6, 1907 Agnes Downie; William d. Nov 1935.

William and Catherine had fourteen children:

5. Amelia Fairweather Malcolm (b. 1885; m. John Stephens and lived in Calgary, Alberta) Children: John and Catherine Stephens.
6. James (Jim) McPherson Malcolm (b. 1886, m. Bella _____ and lived in Hanna, Alberta) Children: James, Isabel, Violet.
7. David (Dave) Duncan Malcolm (b. Sep 6, 1888, m. 1st Isabella (Bella) Leonard, m. 2nd Marion _____ and lived in Red Deer, Alberta, d. 1956) Child (with Isabella) Aileen. (Aileen is mother of Arlene Halme, who has been most helpful to me in gathering data for my Malcolm pages.)
8. Andrew Fairlie Malcolm (b. Sep 23, 1889, m. Annie _____ and lived in Calgary, Alberta, d. 1966) Children: ?
9. Catherine (Kit) Malcolm (b. Sep 26, 1890, m. 1st ____ Clark; m. 2nd Frank Roy and lived in Victoria, British Columbia, d. 1981) Children: Bruce Clark; Frank and Leonard Roy.

Alexander McPherson Malcolm, Sr. - b. Nov 25, 1876, Southmuir, Kerriemuir, Angus, Scotland; m. Jessie Dawn MacFarlane of Meadows Cottar Houses, Oathlaw Parish, Scotland, Oct 1, 1906 in Manhattan, New York; d. Jul 8, 1959. They first lived in Winfield, Queens County, New York. Then in 1916, Alexander and Jessie built a house at 42-13 79th Street, Elmhurst, New York. They lived there all the rest of their lives.

Alexander and Jessie had two children: Elizabeth Duncan Malcolm (b. Aug 29, 1907) and Alexander McPherson Malcolm, Jr. (b. Jan 13, 1910).

Children of Alexander McPherson and Jessie Dawn (MacFarlane) Malcolm:

Elizabeth Duncan Malcolm - b. Aug 29, 1907; m. James F. C. Webster, Aug 14, 1937; d. Oct 21, 1939. They had no children. I believe Elizabeth died of toxemia during pregnancy.

Alexander McPherson Malcolm, Jr. - b. Jan 13, 1910 in Winfield, Queens County, New York; m. Ruth Kathryn Greene of South Paris, Maine, Aug 20, 1938; d. Jun 29, 1995 in Rocky Mount, North Carolina (while living in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina).

Donald Alexander Malcolm - b. Jul 29, 1941; m. Rebecca Joye Varney (b. Aug 4, 1943) of Hallowell, Maine, Jul 2, 1966. Don and Becky have two children: Stephanie Ann Malcolm (b. Dec 15, 1969) and Julie Lynn Malcolm (b. Oct 19, 1973).

Stanley Edward Malcolm - b. Nov 7, 1947; m. 1st Joann Fusco of Greenwich Village, Borough of Manhattan, New York, Aug 3, 1969; m. 2nd Julie Ann Ramsey of Glastonbury, Connecticut, Oct 3, 1981. Stan and Joann had a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Malcolm (b. Nov 30, 1975). Stan and Julie have two children: Jillian Kay Malcolm (b. Oct 12, 1987) and Ian Alexander Malcolm (b. Feb 23, 1991).
