Strange patch of sawdust on the trail.
Must have had something to do with the replacement wood duck house installed just across the channel from there.

Maybe the worst picture I've ever posted. Pretty sure it's of a Northern Harrier (Circus cyaneus) based on the white feathers at the base of the tail. It was swooping back and forth, low over the marsh.
