Two duck hunters out this morning, searching for a wounded Mallard.
Most of their decoys were quite realistic from a distance.
Not so much the "landing" duck.
The "wings" rotate.
Oak leaves under ice.
Back to catch warm late afternoon light.
November 30th.
Lots of Mallards (Anas platyrhynchos) circling, looking for open water to land and feed.
December 10th. Grayville Falls roaring after yesterday's heavy rain.
